Travel Fee: To travel outside Bexar County - $50.00.

Stair-Carry Fee: To carry equipment up or down flights of stairs - $50.00.

Early Set-Up Fee: To set up equipment earlier than three hours prior to contract performance time - $50.00.

Loading/Unloading Fee: To load/unload equipment at downtown San Antonio facilities with inconvenient access to loading docks and freight elevators - $50.00.

On-Site Equipment Relocation Fee: To relocate equipment on-site after initial set up - $50.00.

Off-Site Equipment Relocation Fee: To relocate equipment off-site to secondary contract performance location - $50.00.
